Making A Purchase
To shop on line please follow these simple instructions:
Choose from our categories of Bedroom, Clothing, Gifts and Dining. Simply click on the images, which will take you directly to our selection of products.
For more information on the products, click on the thumbnail images.
Once you have chosen your items, fill in the quantity required and click in the box marked 'add to basket'. You can review the contents of your basket at any time.
Once you have finished shopping, click on 'checkout' where you will be shown the contents of your shopping basket and the cost.
When satisfied fill in the details of your credit card on the registration page as requested. Your details will be immediately encrypted.
A confirmation that your order has been received and processed will be displayed on your screen a few moments later.
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email within 30 minutes. If you do not receive confirmation please check your spam or junk folder first then contact us to check your order.
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of press and are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.
You warrant that your details provided to us are valid, accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password and agree to take responsibility for all activities occurring under your account or password.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in Rowan Charles Cotton’s best interests to do so.
Shipping and Handling
Postage is charged at £3.95 (for orders up to £50.00) and £4.95 (for orders over £50.00) per delivery address, to all mainland UK postcodes.
Overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost
Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days
For all our deliveries a signature may be required.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Parcels should reach you within 3 working days of leaving our warehouse. If you will not be at home during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, you may want to give us an alternative address where someone will be there to accept your parcel.
Special Offers and Promotions
Any Rowan Charles special offers, promotions and discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other offers from Rowan Charles. Any free post and packing offers will only be valid for delivery to UK mainland delivery addresses.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, current rate of VAT is added. All orders made from outside the UK or EU are VAT free with the exception of any gift vouchers purchased.

We feel confident that credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level possible. ?
In addition to this, once your order has been transferred to our order processing system all credit card details are taken from the website as an added precaution. Our sales order processing system and internal network is protected by the latest proxy technology.

Our Terms and Conditions and the use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

We are happy to consider orders from outside the UK, but give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this web site or the placing of any order through this web site from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if you need to return any item please do so within 14 days, ensuring that the item returned is in perfect condition and unused for a refund or exchange.
When returning goods, please obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office (There is no charge for this). We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in postage and for peace of mind you may like to send the goods via a recorded delivery service. We regret that we cannot refund this charge should you use a recorded delivery service.
No refund will be offered on any return postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.
Please contact our customer services team should your return be too large to use the services provided by the Post Office or should you have a disability that prevents you from being able to return your items by post.
